Kate Middleton has officially returned to work after the Queen's Platinum Jubilee ‒ and by the looks of her outfit, she's wasting no time getting back to business.
The Duchess of Cambridge gave royal fans a runway show's worth of stunning looks over the patriotic bank holiday weekend, stepping out in a dizzying carousel of bold ensembles in honor of Her Majesty's 70th anniversary as British monarch.
From Kate's yellow monochrome dress at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Queen to her pink gingham blouse for baking with the Cambridge kids, the 40-year-old embraced all the colors of the rainbow for her various appearances during the historic event. Her fuchsia dress by Stella McCartney at the Platinum Pageant on Sunday received particular praise for its feminine edge, despite being somewhat overshadowed by Mike Tindall 'warning' Prince Louis to behave at the event.
With the pomp and frills of Jubilee finally over, Kate has hung up her fancy gowns and slipped back into that trusty uniform we all know and love - classic pieces with pretty accessories.
The Duchess' simpler style was hard to ignore as she visited Brent’s Little Village hub in London on Wednesday, marking her first public appearance since the Platinum Jubilee ended.
