The Duchess of Cambridge has revealed one of Princess Charlotte's favorite books, as well as a few of her own, in celebration of World Book Day.
Kate Middleton teamed up with Duchess Camilla on Thursday, helping the future Queen Consort to expand her online Reading Room with the launch of a children's section.
The exciting collaboration, which was announced this afternoon to mark the annual literary event, saw the 40-year-old mother offer five recommendations for kid-friendly reading—along with some exciting insight into her family's relationship with books.

As a passionate advocate of Early Childhood Education, the Duchess is understandably a big fan of encouraging literacy from a young age. Kate even recently appeared on the CBeebies to read Jill Tomlinson's popular bedtime story, The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark, which also made her Reading Room list.
The Duchess' other picks included Stig of the Dump by Clive King, an outdoorsy favorite from her childhood in Berkshire, and the 'captivating' Katie Morag series by Mairi Hedderwick. She gave her final shoutout to Feelings by Libby Walden, lauding it as a 'wonderful way to help children understand and recognize their feelings and emotions.'
Kate's No.3 spot went to Charlotte's Web by E. B. White—'a poignant story of a pig, a spider and a little girl.' With the Duke and Duchess' six-year-old daughter sharing her name with its fictional protagonist, the 1952 'all-time classic' is 'loved' in the Kensington Palace household 'for obvious reasons!'
