Lucy Wigley
Lucy is a multi-award nominated writer and blogger with seven years’ experience writing about entertainment, parenting and family life. Lucy worked as a freelance writer and journalist at the likes of PS and moms.com, before transforming her passion for streaming countless hours of television into specialising in entertainment writing.
Lucy joined GoodtoKnow as an entertainment writer, before being made news editor. The pull to return to the world of television was strong, and she was delighted to take a position at woman&home to once again watch the best shows out there, and tell you why you should watch them too.
As a Peaky Blinders superfan, her favourite interview was with the show’s creator, Stephen Knight. She has also collaborated with other writers to produce an anthology full of hilarious parenting anecdotes, entitled We Need To Talk About The Conditions of My Imprisonment.
After spending most of her childhood at ballet school, ballet events, and reading about ballet, Lucy has made peace with not making it as the next Darcey Bussell and instead enjoys mad dancing around the house with her children. She still counts meeting Jeffrey Dean Morgan from The Walking Dead as one of the best moments of her life, and will talk to you for hours about her cats, Ragnar and Odin, if you let her.
