Linda Clayton

An interiors journalist for more than 20 years, Linda Clayton has worked on a wide array of consumer titles, including Homes & Gardens, Livingetc, Country Homes & Interiors and Real Homes. 

She graduated from Cardiff’s esteemed School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies with a First Class degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Magazine Journalism. 

Now working from her home in Devon–her fourth major DIY renovation project–Linda writes about a diverse range of subjects as well as product reviews, designer interviews and case studies. In travel-friendly times, she can also be found pounding the pavements and exhibition halls of London, Paris, Cologne and Milan in search of the latest trends and innovations.

She shares her home with her husband Nick, a cabinetmaker, and their two daughters, three dogs and recently widowed budgie, Rocky. Her hobbies include running, renovating and cooking huge roasts for family and friends.
