Once upon a time, Ally edited many a teen magazine where the world of male models, boy bands and glittery makeup ruled. When those days passed, she spent years interviewing celebrities: the stars of reality show stars, Bafta winners, comedians and (yet more) pop stars, before moving into the world of health, fitness and fashion and travel.
Nowadays, when she’s not hard at it editing magazines and writing for corporate clients and lovely lifestyle brands, she loves the theatre, her cocker spaniel (Ringo – yes, named after one of the Beatles) and has a bit of a thing for literary festivals. She has three daughters (which is excellent because they, too, get to share her love of glittery makeup). She's still addicted to the variety and unexpected nature of being a journalist, it's the best job in the world!
