The Cosmopolitan is one of the world’s best-known cocktails. A modern classic, it became a household name around the world in the late 1990s, popularised by its frequent appearances on Sex and the City. Carrie Bradshaw’s favourite tipple has fallen out of fashion a little since then but the Cosmopolitan cocktail is a classic for a reason… it’s absolutely delicious. We think it’s well over due a revival, especially for drinks parties and girls’ nights in.

How to make a Cosmopolitan
1. Simply muddle all the liquid ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and then strain them into a chilled martini glass.
2.Pinch the orange peel and set alight to give the drink a more zesty flavour.
