Serves 4 Easy/Prepare ahead350g (12oz) penne 400ml (14fl oz) arrabbiata sauce 2 x 150g packs mozzarella, cubed 2 x 200g cans tuna, drained and roughly flaked 4tbsp grated Parmesan
1 Heat the grill. Cook the penne according to the pack instructions, then transfer to an ovenproof dish. 2 Heat the arrabbiata sauce in the microwave or in a pan, until lightly warmed through. Stir in the mozzarella and tuna, then add to the pasta. Scatter the dish with Parmesan and grill for 10 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
