We can't stop staring at Lily Allen's new bangs
How cute are Lily Allen's new bangs?

Lily Allen's new bangs - freshly shorn into trendy micro 'baby bangs' - are a modern counterpoint to the 70s curtain cut. Less top heavy, they also side step the diligent maintenance brow-skimming bangs require.
It's fair to say our celebrity obsession with bangs started when Courtney Cox opted for a '90s 'Monica' fringe last year. Taylor Swift's feathery curtain bangs then set the bar for a 70s hair revival while Anne Hathaway's 'French Girl' bangs look set to be a huge trend post-lockdown.
But now Lily Allen has upped the ante yet again in an Instagram post promoting her virtual appearance at Fendi's Milan Fashion Week show.

In the post, Lily can be seen holding a bouquet of flowers with the caption: "Thanks for the 💐, can’t wait for tomorrow #FendiFW21 #anotefromkimjones."
Forget the flowers - we couldn't stop staring at those short, blunt bangs! Needless to say her fans loved it.
“OBSESSED with your hair at all times,” one commenter wrote.

We couldn't agree more. But before you reach for the scissors, remember, bangs can be a major commitment, given that they require regular trims and styling. But if that doesn't deter you then this is one page to bookmark for when salons re-open.
