Expect a transluscent, dewy finish that blends seamlessly into the skin and enhances the skin's natural look without being too greasy.
Offering a translucent, dewy finish that seamlessly blends into the skin, the highlighter seeks to accentuate the user's natural youthfulness without being greasy or too sticky. A win-win, indeed.
Meghan's former makeup artist Lydia F. Sellers went on the record about some of the royal's go-to picks, including the highlighter, a few years ago on TODAY, revealing that, "no matter the occasion, Meghan always favors a fresh, glowing complexion." She also noted that the Duchess is always looking to let her natural assets "take center stage, like her perfect skin and freckles."
In addition to the RMS luminizer, Lydia mentioned Meghan's devotion to a Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask as a way to prep her face for her make-up routine. When they worked together, the two used Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist as a second step to tone the skin and get it ready for the foundation.
Speaking of: Lydia remembers using a combination of the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and Charlotte Tilbury's Wonderglow Primer on her client's skin for a "pearlescent, healthy glow."
To apply the combination, Lydia swears by the Beauty Blender Pro Sponge. "The perfect tool to sheer out foundation and ensure Meghan's freckles were popping," the makeup guru said back then. "I like to wet it and then ring it out before applying the foundation for a sheer and natural effect."

The caption of the image red, "Beyond thrilled to have had the honor of speaking with The Duchess on her podcast, Archetypes, where I spoke on the power that women possess as changemakers. Thank you so much for having me! 💛"
Fans loved this post and many noticed how fantastic the Duchess looked in this image. "Gorgeous photo! And Meghan is aging backwards!" said one commenter, clearly noting the rosy glow that she opted for on her lips, which worked perfectly with the cozy knit she wore and her loose waves.
