The Princess paired this bright dress with a navy suede clutch and a matching pair of heeled court shoes. As to not detract from her stunning outfit, the Princess accessorized with minimalistic jewelry, which included a pair of stunning drop earrings. 

Kate Middleton's white gold diamond drop earrings were made by independent jewelry designer, Emily Mortimer. 

Taking to social media to share a photo of the Princess in the earrings, the designer said, "An unbelievable and incredibly proud moment for me to see Catherine, Princess of Wales wearing our Hera White Gold and Diamond Drop Earrings at her visit to the Royal Surrey County Hospital’s Maternity Unit today ✨ EM."
