The sweet hidden detail on Duchess Camilla's 75th birthday cake you may have missed

Duchess Camilla is celebrating her 75th birthday this week - but you may have missed this sweet detail on her birthday cake.
- The Duchess had one of her first birthday celebrations in London yesterday with an array of celebrities.
- The Instagram post showed her cutting the cake, along with an up-close picture of the sweet details on the cake.
- In other royal news, the Queen in high spirits as she dons neon pink and green dress for important ceremony.
Last week Duchess Camilla was captured by Kate Middleton in a new photo to celebrate her 75th birthday this week - now the celebrations have officially begun.
Yesterday the royal was joined by celebrities including presenter Gyles Brandreth and actors Joanna Lumley and Dame Penelope Keith at a private members club in London - where they presented her with a birthday cake, which had a sweet detail on it.

Camilla, was recently revealed the secret exercise that keeps Prince Charles fit and healthy, was presented with the cake yesterday. The Instagram post of the event and cake, which was posted on Tuesday, has already had 12,000 likes and fans flocking to congratulate the Duchess on her upcoming birthday this Sunday.
However, it's the detail on the cake, which really made the cake personal to the Duchess - and if you look closer you can see Camilla's initials - CPB, which has been added to one of the book spines.
CPB stands for Camilla Parker Bowles, her former name before she married Prince Charles and then became Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. Along with the initials the cake also had other sweet details - plants, dogs and books - showcasing her interests and personality.

According to the Instagram post, the lunch was also a chance to honour 'remarkable people who are continuing to serve, contribute and achieve in their 70s, 80s and 90s.'
As well as some famous faces the lunch was also attended by authors, actors, entertainers, scientists, sports personalities, poets and philanthropists. While it also seems that the cake went to a good home - with the post revealing it was donated to the Chelsea Pensioners, a charity based at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
