The 'clever way' Kate Middleton is introducing Prince George to royal life
Prince George is third in line to the British throne
Kate Middleton and Prince William are "cleverly" introducing their eldest son, Prince George, to royal life as he prepares to become King one day.
- The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge allowed Prince George to attend the England matches in the Euros 2020 at Wembley Arena.
- A royal expert says this is a "clever" way of introducing the Future King to big crowds.
- This follows royal news that Prince Charles was seen in Iceland, as fans joke he spotted a great meal deal.
Kate Middleton and Prince William's decision to take Prince George to Wembley Arena last week was a "clever" way of introducing him to royal duties.
As the future King of England, Prince George needs to adapt to royal life sharpish. But as a young child, it's something that can be incredibly intimidating.
Having been clear about wanting to raise Prince George in "a real, living environment," the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are having to slowly but surely drip-feed the reality of royal life to Prince George.
And their decision to take him to an England football game—which, if his face was anything to go by is something he genuinely enjoyed—was a "clever" move by the Duke and Duchess, according to the Sunday Times' Royal Correspondent, Roya Nikkhah.
She told True Royalty TV’s The Royal Beat, "It was a very clever way of introducing him to public duties at such a young age because this is an official duty for Prince George at the age of seven.
"It's lovely and happy and there's a lot of emotion. Getting him used to big crowds and knowing that he is being watched by millions of people—it's quite a clever way of doing it."

Although it feels like just yesterday the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced the birth of their first child, Prince George—who is a "prankster" who "loves to play tricks"—is growing up quickly and will turn eight next week.
But, sadly there might not be an official birthday photograph of Prince George as Prince William and Kate Middleton are still "upset" at the comments they received after his appearance at the Euros 2020.
Onlookers were left baffled by Prince George's outfit when the future King joined his mother and father in the royal box at Wembley and watched on as Gareth Southgate's team put up a great fight against Italy.
And now royal experts have claimed the debacle has left the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge questioning how much of the seven-year-old's life they should be putting in the public domain.
Speaking on True Royalty TV's The Royal Beat, Angela Levin revealed, "There are rumours that we might not see the photograph [of Prince George] when he's eight, because they've been so upset by the rudeness of people mocking a little boy aged seven, and I hope they can overcome that."
