Sophie Wessex takes style tips from Kate Middleton with exquisite gold bangles studded with multicolored gemstones
Sophie Wessex's gold bangles intrigued fans on Tuesday, when the Countess visited a number of charities in Staffordshire
Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, was pictured attending a number of royal engagements as the royal began her trip to Staffordshire in the West Midlands.
- As Prince Edward's wife, Sophie Wessex is one of the senior members of the extended Royal Family.
- The royal has recently been snapped taking on solo engagements in the West Midlands as she visited a number of charities.
- In other royal news, Meghan Markle thanked by 'mate' Jameela Jamil for 'privately' reaching out to women during 'lonely and desperate moments.'
The Countess of Wessex was photographed in Staffordshire dressed casually in a forest green maxi skirt, burgundy fitted jumper, and a dark navy and brown tartan coat. Although the Countess was dressed appropriately for the royal engagement in the chilly autumn weather, she ensured she added a little bit of royal glamour to the look.
On her wrist, Sophie wore two golden twisted bangles from the brand Halcyon Days. The beautiful bracelets feature colored gemstones and add the perfect amount of glamour to an everyday outfit.

Salamander Torque Emerald & Gold Bangle, £149 | Halcyon Days
The Salamander Torque bangle is crafted from 18ct gold-plated brass with an amphibian-inspired design. The versatile accessory is fitted with emerald cabochons which will have onlookers green with envy.
Halcyon Days have upgraded its design for these bracelets and they no longer sell Sophie's exact version but the brand's new designs are equally as exquisite.
The new design features a circular pattern that has a more natural and scale-like look. The brand also sells a hammered-style gold bangle, for those who are looking for an eye-catching look.

This endlessly versatile piece is fitted with rose glass cabochons at either end and lends itself beautifully both to stacking with other styles or wearing solo.
The Countess isn't the only member of the Royal Family to be seen in these bracelets. Previously, Catherine, the Princess of Wales, has been seen in this exact style too. The Princess has been seen in the aquamarine version in the older design that the Countess also favors.
These engagements were particularly important for Sophie as she took on some of the patronages that were originally held by Her Majesty, the Queen. Sophie became Patron of the NSPCC in 2016, but previously this was a role that was held by the late Queen Elizabeth for more than 60 years.
