The Queen’s daughter-in-law, who is married to the monarch’s youngest son Prince Edward, is up there with the likes of Duchess Camilla, Duchesses Catherine and Meghan, and of course Sarah, Duchess of York when it comes to her sartorial choices.
And yesterday the royal stunned fans when she stepped out in a gorgeous satin dress for an exciting London event.
Sophie visited the capital’s Mayfair area, as she attended the premiere for film Sulphur and White, which took place in aid of the NSPCC.
And the royal arrived looking elegantly glamorous as she stepped onto the red carpet wearing a slinky emerald satin gown.
The beautiful number featured three-quarter length sleeves and a high polo neck, while coming down to a midi length.

Sophie paired the pretty evening frock with a pair of taupe satin heels and finished off the glam outfit with an elegant clutch bag.
The Countess of Wessex was seen meeting with cast and crew of the film, including female protagonists Anna Friel and Emily Beecham, as well as main star Mark Stanley, who has previously acted in Game of Thrones, Sanditon and the Star Wars film franchise.
The movie follows the actors’ characters the Tait family and is based on the real lives of City trader and mountaineer David Tait, who hides a cohort of traumatic secrets behind his professional successes.
