Sophie Countess of Wessex looks pretty in pink at Order of the Garter
On Monday, fans of the royal family were treated to a stylish catwalk of sartorial choices, as royals from the UK, Spain and the Netherlands gathered to watch the service of the Order of the Garter in Windsor.
Sophie, Countess of Wessex was turning quite a few heads in particular, as she was dressed to impress in vivid tropical pink.
Looking very glamourous as she watched the procession, Sophie wore a dress from British designer Suzannah. The creation combined a classy white, silk top with a mid length, 50’s style skirt in coral silk. Her hat matched the vibrant pink, with the Jane Taylor piece matching her ensemble with its coral feathers.
She completed the look with some pearl earrings and a pair of nude suede court shoes, while her hair was drawn into a simple and classy bun.
Dresses from Suzannah cost on average around £1,200, but we can’t help but feel that Sophie more than warranted the spend as she looked very chic in the ensemble.
The Duchess of Cornwall joined the Countess at the procession, and wore a blush pink Anna Valetine dress coat with a hat by Philip Treacy.
The Duchess of Cambridge was also watching from the sidelines in a smart white coat dress from Catherine Walker, paired with a chic hat by Lock and Co.

Her earrings were particularly special, as Princess Diana wore the pair for her wedding day to Prince Charles.
Queen Letizia of Spain wore a classy silk, high-necked dress form Spanish label Cherubina, which was white with black patterning.
Queen Maxima of the Netherlands chose a light pink coat dress with belt and cape.
The royal ladies looked very smart as their outfits matched well with each other, with outfit complimenting the others and contrasting colours were kept to a minimum.
