Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice dispelled feud rumors as they both appeared at the carol concert in Westminster Abbey.
- Members of the senior Royal Family appeared in London on Thursday, December 15.
- Among them were the daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.
- In other royal news, King Charles’ ‘holy’ Christmas present for the first time in his reign and he’s not the only monarch to have been blessed with it.
The Royal Christmas Carol Concert took place last night and saw members of the Royal Family descend upon London to show a united front. This included Prince Andrew's two daughters who are next in the royal line of succession following Prince Harry and his children.

It has been rumored for some time that a wedge has been created between the Princesses and the rest of the Royal Family following their father's downgraded role in the Royal Family. Royal commentator Neil Sean has suggested that specifically, it is the Prince and Princess of Wales who are struggling to maintain their relationship with the Princesses.
He told the Express back in July 2022, "There is a big story breaking in the Royal Family that has remained under the radar largely, and it's to do with Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge, and William's father Prince Charles. According to very good sources, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice are seemingly struggling to remain cordial with Prince William, Catherine, and Charles."
"It stems from the deal organized by William, the Queen, and Prince Charles to remove their father Prince Andrew from royal duties following his disgrace in recent years," he explained.
The expert added, "The thawing between the two families has been difficult. Prince William and Charles are doing this for the benefit of the monarchy. They are reading the public mood, which is saying that Andrew should permanently retire from public life."
"But Andrew wants to make a return which he thinks could be achieved by his daughters carrying out charitable work. According to that good source, it appears that William, Catherine, and Charles are on the naughty step with the princesses," he said.

The expert added that another wedge in this situation is the Princesses close relationship with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. "Moving forward, that could be very tricky indeed because they have retained very close relations with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry," he added.
Of course, a lot has taken place for the Royal Family since the commentator made these suggestions about a feud. The death of the Queen in September brought the whole Royal Family together and the Duke of York, Eugenie and Beatrice's father, was involved in the processions and funeral following her passing.
Prince Andrew retired from royal life in 2019 and Prince Harry now lives abroad, so their role in the working Royal Family has diminished. With this in mind, since Charles has become King, Princess Anne’s prestigious role was restored to her by King Charles. The Princess Royal and her youngest brother, Prince Edward are now Counselors of State to their eldest brother, giving them the authority to be available stand-ins for the King. While they are still lower in the line of succession than Prince Andrew, their importance to the Royal Family is evident in this decision.
