Their baby is due this fall, but according to sources, Princess Beatrice and her husband are set to move into a $3.5 million (£3 million) house near Blenheim Palace.

It seems like the royal couple are getting ready for their new arrival by buying a family home in the country.

Beatrice and her husband, who have just celebrated their first wedding anniversary, were thought to be living in St James's Palace in London but had been pictured house hunting in the Cotswolds.

The Cotswolds, in the UK, is known for its charming towns and villages - and their new home won't be any different to this. The property is thought to have a party barn and swimming pool, while it will be located near woodlands and big open spaces.

Beatrice's husband, Edo Mapelli Mozzi, no doubt had some say in the deal as he's a property specialist. While their new home will also be near the princess's friends, Kate Moss, who lives in Little Faringdon, and singer Ellie Goulding, who is renting in the Cotswolds.

In May the Royal family revealed that Princess Beatrice was pregnant with a heartwarming post. The royal family account stated, "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year."

The announcement also revealed that the royal family was very happy with the news, "The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news."

The couple has yet to announce the gender of their new arrival, but one royal commentator thinks its gender may have accidentally been revealed, by the princess herself.

Speaking on the Royally Obsessed podcast, Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito discussed Princess Beatrice’s impending labour and think that she is due to have a girl.

Ms Bowie said, “From Beatrice a possible accidental gender reveal. This past week she had a girls’ dinner in Mayfair and she was holding a pink rabbit behind her back and she had a pink mask with a B and a crown on it.”
