Prince William’s adorable way to connect with Prince George on overseas visits
Prince William's way to connect with Prince George via royal international visits sees him take the lead with geography...

Prince William has reportedly revealed the adorable way he and Kate Middleton connect with Prince George about their overseas visits.
- The Duke of Cambridge is said to have opened up during his and Kate Middleton’s visit to Belize about how Prince George keeps up with where they are.
- It’s claimed that their eldest child takes the lead with maps and “shares” the information with his younger siblings.
- This royal news comes as the secret behind Princess Anne's unfaltering energy has been revealed.
Ahead of undertaking the tour it was already thought that Prince William and Kate’s Caribbean trip could change the future of the British monarchy forever. Their visit will see the Cambridges visit Belize, Jamaica and The Bahamas before returning to their excited children at home at Kensington Palace. And although the Duke and Duchess’ minds are very much on work, with Prince William sharing the Queen’s touching message on their last night in Belize, there have been a few adorable personal insights.
After Prince William’s dancing got fans’ approval, he made a rare comment about Prince Harry. Whilst the dad-of-three’s revelations about Prince George in Belize showed just how the future Kings connect over international visits.
Sadly, potentially given the length of the trip during term-time and the number of significant engagements as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, their three children haven’t joined them in the Caribbean. Though that hasn’t stopped the royal parents from sharing some sweet insights about them.
Already Prince William revealed the children’s “jealousy” whilst talking with fans in Belize. But he reportedly also spoke about his and Kate’s eldest child and how Prince George uses a map to personally mark where they're going.
Taking to Twitter, the Daily Mail’s Royal Editor Rebecca English shared a short video clip of the Duke and Duchess leaving the Belize reception. Here she went on to claim that Prince George ‘puts a pin’ in a map after he’s found where his parents have told him they’re traveling to.
William also told fellow guests that their son Prince George keeps up with his parents international trips by sticking pins in a map. He told guests: “We let them know where we are and he finds us on the map and puts a pin in it and shares with the others.” Sweet!March 22, 2022
“William also told fellow guests that their son Prince George keeps up with his parents' international trips by sticking pins in a map,” she alleged in her follow-up Tweet. “He told guests: “We let them know where we are and he finds us on the map and puts a pin in it and shares with the others.” Sweet!”

This is a wonderful way for Prince George to visually follow his parents’ journeys across the globe whenever they go away on international royal visits. And it could be seen to help him prepare for his own future as a senior royal, with many overseas tours likely ahead of him.
Whilst Prince George sadly hasn’t accompanied Prince William and Kate Middleton this time, he has been on a few overseas tours himself. When he was less than a year old, the Cambridges took him with them for their Australia and New Zealand Tour in 2014.
This marked Prince George's first international tour and as the future King, it won't be his last. And if Prince William's revelations are anything to go by, he might well be building up an exciting list of places to visit as he keeps connected to his royal parents' own travels abroad.
Either way, it's lovely to think that Prince George is keeping up-to-date in his own way on Prince William and Kate's progress until they return home.
