One of Prince Harry’s favorite names for his daughter could be a beautiful tribute to the Queen
This name is so pretty—but will Harry and Meghan choose it for their daughter?
Prince Harry will use one of his favorite names when his and Meghan Markle's daughter arrives, as a way to honor the Queen, it's been predicted.
- Prince Harry is predicted to be preparing to name his daughter after the Queen, using one of his 'favorite' names.
- Other likely monikers for the new royal arrival are Diana, after the late Princess of Wales, and Philippa, after Prince Philip.
- This royal news comes after it was revealed that Prince Charles' horrendous near death experience was the most Googled thing about him last year.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to welcome their second child in the coming weeks, making Archie Harrison a big brother.
The couple, who left Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle for a new life in LA in 2020, have been tipped to name their little girl after Prince Philip or Princess Diana.
Calling his daughter after his late mother would be an obvious and incredibly touching choice for Harry—his brother, Prince William, gave Diana as a middle name to his own daughter, Princess Charlotte.
Meanwhile, it's thought that Harry and Meghan could go for Philippa, after the late Duke of Edinburgh.
Of course, it's also highly likely the Sussexes will pay tribute to Her Majesty the Queen when their daughter arrives.
One royal insider has pointed out that a girl's name loved by Prince Harry would also be perfect for giving a nod to Queen Elizabeth.

The monarch's childhood nickname is Lillibet and Prince Harry is believed to have always loved the name, or Lily, as a shortened version.
"It would be a lovely nod to the Queen who was known as 'Lillibet' during her childhood but it's also always been one of Harry's favorite names," the royal expert told OK! magazine, before recalling a moment Harry reportedly expressed interest in the name publicly.
"Back in 2019 when the Duchess was pregnant with Archie, she and Harry took part in a walkabout in Merseyside and someone in the crowd later revealed he'd asked her how she spells her daughter's name - Lily. He took great interest in it."
So will Harry and Meghan introduce a little Lily to the world later this year? It's a sure possibility!
Harry recently spoke on his respect for his grandmother during his and Meghan's shock Oprah Winfrey interview.
Despite tensions between the couple and The Firm, he revealed that his relationship with Her Majesty is still a close one.
"I’ve spoken more to my grandmother in the last year than I have done for many, many years. My grandmother and I have a really good relationship," he told Oprah.
"And an understanding. And I have a deep respect for her. She’s my Colonel-In-Chief, right? She always will be."
