Meghan Markle’s go-to hairdresser has opened up on working with the Duchess and her “great sense of humour”.
George Northwood – who has accompanied the Duchess on several royal tours, including South Africa, Australia and New Zealand – said Meghan, 39, has always put him at ease.
He told Grazia, "She and Harry are both very grounded and easy to talk to, plus Meghan and I had some common ground in my passion for southern California.”

While Meghan’s style always looks effortless, George explained that a lot of thought goes into her looks.
The hair stylist explained, "We worked together for two years – and I hope to continue whenever she's back in the UK – collaborating to create the effortless cool buns that she wears as well as the sleek, polished hair… It's funny, because her hair often looks so effortless but she's actually the most thoughtful person, even down to the smallest detail like her jewellery.”

Of course by working with Meghan, George has also developed a friendship with The Duke of Sussex. And he described the couple as extremely kind and authentic.
"You really feel like you're part of their team," he said.

"What they stand for is so strong and inspiring, and they're genuinely such kind people who really want to do good, so that rubs off a little bit – you feel part of something exciting."
The couple recently revealed they’ve bought their first home together – a £11.2 million property in Santa Barbara, five months after stepping down as senior royals.
The news was confirmed by a representative for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who told HELLO! that they moved in in July, and that,” They have settled into the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival and hope that this will be respected for their neighbours, as well as for them as a family.”
The couple’s home is reportedly situated in Montecito, Santa Barbara, a location, which is widely popular among Hollywood’s rich and famous, as it is renowned for its privacy. In fact, the neighbourhood is full of secluded hillside estates, to ensure even your neighbours are at a significant distance.
