Prince William and Kate Middleton's affection for each other in public is only 'intensifying' in their new roles as the Prince and Princess of Wales, a body language expert has claimed.
The royal couple proudly displayed their mutual bond during a philanthropic engagement at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Thursday, much to the excitement of their devout fanbase. The appearance comes just a week after William and Kate recreated their uni days in Northern Ireland, after stopping by a suicide prevention charity and meeting government officials.
Now back on British soil, William and Kate have returned to business with a visit to the Coach Core, a sports charity established by the Royal Foundation, in celebration of its 10th anniversary.
The Princess, in particular, looked supportive of the future King, offering 'subtle' gestures of 'loving appreciation' for her husband as they mingled with the organization's staff at the Copper Box Arena.
Kate, dressed in a navy blue Chanel blazer and black trousers, was photographed resting her hand on William's lower back at one point – a gesture that appears to be laced with multiple messages. The 41-year-old repeats the movement in another photo, suggesting her physical reassurance of the prince isn't by accident.
According to body language expert, Judi James, Kate is "keen" to show that she will always remain William's equal in the relationship.

"By slightly intensifying her touches and her non-verbal signals of loving appreciation" the Princess signifies "there is no change in the status levels between them either", she told Express.co.uk.
"The body language displays from William and Kate today seem to have launched a new era of PDAs from the pair, who seem keen to signal their move up to direct heirs to the throne and to the title of Prince and Princess of Wales is not going to make their body language more formal or less natural and revealing, in fact, quite the opposite.
"This is the couple signaling they want to be viewed as a strong and very loving team, both professionally and privately."
