Kate Middleton shows off gorgeously regal hairstyle in new Instagram photo and royal fans can’t get over it

Kate Middleton can be seen showing off an incredibly gorgeous, pinned-up hairstyle in Kensington Royal's latest Instagram post—and royal fans are, unsurprisingly, obsessed. 

• A new glimpse of Kate Middleton's incredible hair has been shared on the Kensington Palace Instagram account. 
• The snap shows the Duchess of Cambridge interviewing midwife Harriet Nayiga, as part of her work to raise the profile of nursing across the globe. 
• This royal news comes after Meghan Markle made a huge announcement about her latest career move. 

The new royal photo, shared in honor of International Day of the Midwife, shows the  Duchess taking on a remote engagement, interviewing midwife Harriet Nayiga via video call for the May edition of Nursing Times.

While Kate looked ultra smart in a royal blue blazer for the important chat, her insanely impressive hair is what has caught the attention of royal fans. 

Kate's blow-dried locks look intricately styled, with loose waves cascading down her back. Meanwhile the top layer is kept up, pinned in a pretty swirl, providing that sleek yet voluminous look Kate is known for achieving. 

Kate has had plenty of hair transformations throughout her years as a royal and never fails to leave us desperate to discover how to recreate her long and shiny styles or to learn how to blow-dry like a pro. Pssst! Hair dryer brushes and a great pair of straighteners really do change the game. 

The Duchess’ tresses even appear to have a reddish hue in this new photo, suggesting she may have opted for a new, fiery shade for this summer.

Others made sure to commend Kate's efforts to support nurses in the remarkable work they do. 

“So pleased Her Royal Highness is behind and backing our nurses. My granddaughter just qualified as a pediatric nurse,” one sweet comment read.

"A vital initiative; midwives are so important and it’s great to see their role being championed here ❤️,” a second poster wrote.

Sharing more detail about Kate's work for midwives around the world, a caption beside the new snap reads, “Harriet spoke to The Duchess about her work in Uganda as a nurse and as the founder of MILCOT (Midwife-led Community Transformation), a community organisation providing advice and support for vulnerable women and girls.”

Kate's interview with Harriet can be read in May's Nursing Times, which is out now and features a front cover chosen by the Duchess herself.

Kate has been a patron for Nursing Now since she was pregnant with Prince Louis back in 2018. She launched the three-year campaign to highlight the importance of nursing and has been working to raise the status of the profession around the world since she started.
