Kate Middleton and Princess Anne's first official joint outing has been a hit with the general public and fans all over the world. The two hardworking royals haven't been sent on public engagements together before, but many think this is the start of a dynamic duo.

Kate Middleton and Princess Anne, who one normally only sees at Royal Family gatherings at old haunts like Buckingham Palace or Sandringham House, took their first outing together.

The dynamic duo were visiting the London headquarters of the Royal College of Midwives and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, of which they are both patrons. The trip could be seen by some as timely, as there are believe that Kate Middleton is 'broody' for a fourth baby.

Duchess Kate, who stunned onlookers in her cream Self Portrait dress and matching shoes, has a close relationship with maternity care as a mother of three and someone who had difficult pregnancies. The hardworking Duchess was so ill with severe morning sickness that she even had to be hospitalized.

It's expected that the two royal moms will hear about all the great work being done by the organizations, to improve maternal healthcare. Maternal healthcare in the UK is highly regarded, but recent statistics found Black women are 40% more likely to experience a miscarriage than white women, and deprived areas can have higher rates of stillbirths. In recognition of this health emergency, the UK set up a new task force to level-up maternity care and tackle disparities has been set up.

Although there is a sexist rule that stops Princess Anne from covering for the Queen, it's pretty obvious that she and other female members of the firm are much loved by the general public.
