Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall, stuns in a new portrait released to mark her latest venture for literature lovers: an online 'Reading Room' that will encourage book fans to discover new reads, and connect with literary communities across the globe.
The elegant new portrait of the duchess was taken by Hugo Burnand, who also took the wedding pictures of Camilla and Prince Charles when they married in Windsor in 2005.
The only portrait photographer in the UK to have a royal warrant, the London-based photographer also captured the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in 2011.

Taken in the Garden Room at Clarence House, the new portrait sees the duchess cut an elegant figure in a calf-length red dress designed by Fiona Clare.
As expected, Camilla completed the look with her signature bouncy blow-dry and fresh, pared back makeup.
An avid reader and champion of books throughout lockdown, the duchess holds seven patronages related to literature – including the National Literacy Trust.
The duchess even shared her own recommended reads for a summer staycation back in August, encouraging royal fans to indulge in a 'welcome bit of escapism'.
