Here’s everything you need to know

Princess Diana's wedding dress is one of the most notable looks in royal history, and you can catch a glimpse of the ornate gown in person this summer.
• Princess Diana's wedding dress from 1981 will be on display at Kensington Palace for the first time in 25 years beginning in July.
• The gown was designed by Elizabeth and David Emanuel and dons a 25 foot-long train—the longest in royal history.
• In other royal news, it appears Prince Charles has a lot of plans to "cut down" royal family members.
Princess Diana's wedding dress is unforgettable, and now you take in a piece of royal history in person.
A temporary exhibit titled Royal Style in the Making will open at Kensington Palace on July 3. The late Princess of Wales' dress is one of the many parts of the collection that will entice royal fans and fashionistas alike.
"Our summer exhibition at Kensington Palace will shine a spotlight on some of the greatest talents of British design, whose work has been instrumental in shaping the visual identity of the royal family across the twentieth century," a statement read.

While we can't resist splurging on Meghan Markle's favorite sunglasses or copying Kate Middleton's beauty routine, there's something about Princess Diana's style that has us totally captivated. After all, she paved the way for Kate and Meghan. Plus, the dress has significant meaning: it features antique Carrickmacross lace that originally belonged to Queen Mary, Princess Diana's great-grandmother-in-law, according to CNN.
On July 1, the late Princess of Wales would have turned 60. You can learn more about the exhibit online. Perhaps we'll see you there this summer.
