Wordle 512 has frustrated a number of wordle players with an unfamiliar word, but what is the definition of today's word challenge?
A certain word has infuriated a number of Wordle players who struggled to solve a particularly uncommon five-letter word on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
Wordle players have been totally stumped by yet another tricky five-letter word as the game makers at the New York Times challenged players to solve an unfamiliar word.
While this isn't the first time players have been thrown a curveball - as words such as; leery, coyly, quart, and agape have caused a lot of frustration for fans in the past - this challenge on November 13, posed a particularly hard challenge for fans.
The answer for the Wordle challenge on November 13 was 'inane'. This stumped a number of players who took to social media to complain about the difficulty of this challenge.
"#Wordle #wordle512 Wordle 512 4/6* I literally tried every alphabet till I reached this insane word. Never heard or read it before and probably never will. Please beware guys, probable streak breaker is here !!! Good luck....." said one player on Twitter.
"The answer to #Wordle512 is not a word many people will use in conversation so I think this puzzle will be challenging to solve. Wordle 512 3/6," said another fan of the game. "I didn't even know what INANE is so maybe I'm inane lmfao #wordle 512 5/6," said another.
Other players were less lucky and couldn't guess the word at all. "Wordle 512 X/6 Literally gave up. Couldn’t get anything!!" said one player. "Wordle 512 X/6 never heard of the word before today," added another.

Other, more dramatic players, were very vocal about their frustration with this game. "My day is ruined! Wordle 512 X/6," said one player. "Wordle go f**k yourself! Wordle 512 X/6," said another.

Many players struggled with this challenge because they were simply unfamiliar with this term. The word is not particularly common in everyday life, so what does the word inane mean?
