Ben Affleck is clearly a romantic. In a recent interview pegged to the release of her new album This Is Me... Now (which is a play on her 2002 work This is Me... Then), Jennifer Lopez told the world that her spouse had a very sweet message engraved inside her engagement ring.

While chatting with host Zane Lowe of Apple Music 1, Jennifer, who, in the same interview, revealed how she really felt after breaking up with now-husband Ben Affleck the first time around, disclosed that the inside of her ring - a silver band featuring a green stone - reads Not. Going. Anywhere.

As explained by the 53-year-old artist, the message calls out to the couple’s rekindled romance after two decades apart. "That's how he would sign his emails when we started dating again," J. Lo said on the air. "Like, 'Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.'" Swoon!

As long-time fans of Bennifer know, 50-year-old Ben has reasons to reassure his now wife. In fact, the two started dating back in 2002 and got engaged in November of that year. Ben proposed with a $2.5 million Harry Winston 6.1-carat pink diamond ring that Jennifer called "the most magnificent thing I've ever seen" in an interview with Diane Sawyer back then. In her most recent interview, J. Lo noted that the first ring also had a word engraved in it: sing.

Things started getting a bit rocky a year later, when the couple decided to postpone their wedding in reaction to the excessive media attention bestowed upon their relationship.

"Due to the excessive media attention surrounding our wedding, we have decided to postpone the date," the duo said in a joint statement released at the time. "When we found ourselves seriously contemplating hiring three separate 'decoy brides' at three different locations, we realized that something was awry. We began to feel that the spirit of what should have been the happiest day of our lives could be compromised. We felt what should have been a joyful and sacred day could be spoiled for us, our families and our friends."

In 2004, the two officially split. Jennifer went on to marry musician Marc Anthony a few months later and the two now share twins Emme and Maximilian, who are 14 years old. Jennifer and Marc divorced in 2014.

Ben, on the other hand, married fellow actor Jennifer Garner. They divorced in 2018 but still co-parent their three children: Violet, now 16 years old, Seraphina, now 13 years old, and Samuel, who is now 10 years old.

As has been chronicled in the media for the past few months, Bennifer got back together in 2021 and officially tied the knot in July of 2022. Love prevails!

Earlier this year, Jennifer went into detail about what the couple's reconciliation actually looked like after all those years apart - and with kids in the picture now as well - while chatting with PEOPLE.

"It's a beautiful outcome that this has happened in this way at this time in our lives where we can really appreciate and celebrate each other and respect each other," J. Lo said to the outlet. "We always did, but we have even more of an appreciation because we know that life can take you in different directions."
