The Sinner season 4 has landed on Netflix, here's all you need to know
All episodes of The Sinner, including latest season 4, are now available for streaming on Netflix
Although The Sinner season 4 aired in the US last year, fans are excited about the fact that the episodes are now available for streaming on Netflix.
The procedural anthology series named after Petra Hammesfahr's 1999 novel of the same name was originally intended as an eight-part mini-series starring Jessica Biel, who most recently earned critical acclaim for her role in Candy on Hulu.
So successful was the production that showrunners decided to release more episodes, with each season focusing on Bill Pullman as police detective Harry Ambrose. He is actually the only character that appears throughout every episode as the cast changes from season to season.
Past cast members have included Christopher Abbott (season 1), Elisha Henig and Carrie Coon (season 2), Matt Bomer and Chris Messica (season 3).
WHAT IS THE SINNER SEASON 4 ABOUT?
The Sinner season 4 premiered in October of 2021 starring Alice Kremelberg as Percy Muldoon, who mysteriously disappears from her home in Maine. At the time, detective Harry happens to be in town to solve another case and doesn't hesitate to delve into this latest mystery.
The season also stars Michael Mosley as Colin Muldoon, Frances Fisher as Meg Muldoon, Cindy Cheung as Stephanie Lam, Ronin Wong as Mike Lam and Neal Huff as Sean Muldoon.
The detective's skills are, however, put to the test throughout each episode given his propensity to drink and his not being familiar with the town. In fact, although he believes he saw Percy fall off a cliff and die, the authorities don't take him seriously. Harry, of course, takes it upon himself to solve the case despite the issues he constantly faces.

HOW TO WATCH THE SINNER SEASON 4
The Sinner season 4 is now available for streaming in its entirety on Netflix. This is actually the last season of the beloved series so we expect fans to be watching it immediately, right after catching up on the past episodes of the show as well.
Although each season of The Sinner works as a stand-alone production, with its own storyline and characters, the vibe of the entire show is the same, which is why fans keep coming back to it each year.
As of now, all four seasons of the show are available for streaming on Netflix.
Season 1 centers around Cora Tannetti, played by Jessica, who kills a man named Frankie Belmont by stabbing him on the beach - but doesn't remember why she did it.
Season 2, on the other hand, is about Julian, a 13-year-old boy who immediately admits he poisoned his parents who are now dead but won't reveal his motive. In this season, detective Harry returns to his hometown of Keller in upstate New York after having left 15 years prior.
Season 3 of the show, which originally aired in the US back in 2020, is probably one of the most complicated in terms of plot. In the first episode, detective Harry visits the scene of a car accident that leaves driver Nick Haas dead. Jamie Burns, a former college friend of Nick's, was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash but survived the happening and called the police.
