The cameras were allowed exclusive access to the christening of Prince George in October 2013 and what a treat it was for us to catch the first close-up glimpses of the future monarch.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed guests outside St James's Palace in London - the most distinguished of which was the Queen herself, dressed in an eye-catching peacock blue jacket and skirt.
Catherine chose an off-white McQueen outfit and pillar box hat for the occasion while Prince William appeared sharp in a smart suit.
And it proved to be a true family affair when news broke that morning that Zara Phillips had been chosen as one of the godparents to Prince George. Dressed in a traditional off-white lace christening gown, Prince George seemed to take the whole occasion in his stride outside St James's Palace. We wonder if he remained quite so composed inside the palace!
The Two Princes
Looking every inch the proud father, William donned a dapper suit at Prince George's christening. George was dressed in a custom made christening robe, designed as an exact replica of the one made for Queen Victoria's children, and worn at every royal christening since.

The Duchess and The Prince
Kate chose one of her favourite British designers to wow the waiting crowds at her son's much-anticipated christening. Her off-white Alexander McQueen outfit and Jane Taylor hat were perfect for such a special occasion: Demure yet on-trend, the long sleeved number featured a pretty frill detail on the front, softening the modern tailoring and bringing a feminine touch to Kate's look.
