Susanna Reid looks 'a million dollars' after undergoing £300K makeover for Good Morning Britain's Hollywood broadcast
Susanna Reid certainly looked the part as she and Piers Morgan hosted a GMB special broadcast live from America on Monday morning, following the Oscars.
Susanna, 49, donned a gorgeous deep red sparkly dress for the special live broadcast and teamed it with some seriously expensive jewellery worth over £300,000.
While she looked at-home wearing the eye-wateringly expensive jewels, the mum-of-three made it clear she'd been gifted the items and thanked the designer for his generosity.
"Huge thank you to Martin Katz for these incredible diamonds," she said. "I’m wearing £300,000 of diamonds. The necklace is £175,000 and the earrings are £93,000, the cuff is £41,000."
She went on to joke that she's not used to wearing such expensive items: "Believe me, I didn’t bring it over on the plane!
"It stayed in the safe until it was time to put it on and as soon as it is time to take it off it will go straight back to the safe as I don't feel comfortable wearing that much money on my body.”

And Susanna's stunning Hollywood makeover didn't go unnoticed by fans who gushed over how "gorgeous" she looked.

"I don't usually tweet this kind of thing but I just had to say that Susanna Reid you look absolutely stunning and that is a dress that I would die for. Beautiful," said one online user.
Another tweeted, "Wow... Susanna.. I bet on red, yay! Looking a million dollars, teaching those 'stars' how to shine."
With the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge supporting the BAFTA's call for a sustainable dress code earlier this month, Susanna revealed last week that, controversially, she was excited to don a new gown for the Oscars.
"I feel the pressure, too. On Good Morning Britain I regularly re-wear outfits, and my wardrobe at home is the same few jumpers and jeans," she admitted.
"But next Monday we're at the Oscars — and who wouldn't want to wear something sparkly and new?"
Susanna and Piers presented the show from inside The Beverly Hills Hotel as the 92nd Academy Awards got underway in America last night - with Brad Pitt and Renée Zellweger among the big winners.
The pair were joined by Sharon Osbourne and her daughter Kelly, Joan Rivers, Mark Wright, Rapman and Perez Hilton for the star-studded event.
