Ranvir Singh forced to host GMB with feet in icy water after Strictly Come Dancing 2020 training takes its toll
Ouch!
Training is taking it out of the TV presenter
Ranvir Singh has been forced to present Good Morning Britain with her feet in a bucket of icy water, just days after she revealed what's in her emergency kit.
The TV presenter, who is partnered up with Giovanni Pernice for the BBC One dance show, admitted today that rehearsals were "hard" for the second week.
She told viewers, "This week two malarkey is really hard. You’ve got hardly any days and you are learning a brand new dance.”

As viewers at home were shown the extent of her recovery aid, Ranvir said, “My foot is really sore" whileRichard Arnold joked he had no ice left for his gin.
She continued, "Not everyone needs to see my ugly foot I know. It's not all glamour people but it's fun."
But it looks like all her hard work is paying off as Ranvir and Giovanni danced the Paso Doble to End of Time by Beyoncé and it earned them 21 points from the judges who all gave them seven points each.
