Hugh Jackman's $39 million New York home is on the market - see inside!
It doesn’t get more luxurious than Hugh Jackman's multi-million dollar New York home
There is just something about seeing inside celebrities’ homes that delights common mortals, right?
From Bruce Willis' former private Turks and Caicos island home to Janet Jackson’s NYC apartment that is now on sale and even the luxury Succession condo, every time a "famous" home hits the market, folks go bananas over it.
Case in point: Hugh Jackman’s luxury triplex that's now up for sale for $38.9 million.
The 53-year-old actor, who has been most recently starring in Broadway’s The Music Man, first purchased the home in 2008 for $21 million. Over a decade later, he has decided to part ways with it, enlisting the help of The Corcoran Group to do so.
Unsurprisingly, the 11,000-square-foot property in the West Village (176 Perry Street, to be precise) is absolutely exceptional.
The condo features a total of five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half-bathrooms over the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the building.
Upon entry, you'll notice a giant recreation room complete with a terrace overlooking the Hudson River. Four bedrooms are set up on the 8th floor, each one with an en-suite bathroom plus a library that doubles as a guest bedroom with a half bath.

The home office, ethanol fireplace, professional gourmet kitchen and dining room/gallery are on the 9th floor, which also boasts a "dramatic 51' x 26' double height great room with walls of windows overlooking the Hudson River," according to an official description of the property.
As extraordinary as the first two floors sound, it's the top one that is actually going to take your breath away. It, in fact, consists entirely of the primary bedroom, plus an exercise area, a spa with sauna and dressing areas.
But the address’ piece de resistance has to be the swirling staircase that connects each floor's terrace. It is mesmerizing and exactly the kind of feature we'd imagine a celebrity home to boast.
And if the home’s many amenities just weren’t enough, potential buyers will be delighted to know that the full-service condominium also offers access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, full-time doorman and access to dining services by Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Perry Street Restaurant (which is actually found inside the building).
