Oprah's favorite winter essential will leave you 'walking on clouds' and is currently under $40!
This year Oprah’s favorite things highlight women and POC-led businesses
If you’re already stuck on holiday shopping and need some inspiration, we suggest consulting Oprah Winfrey’s recently dropped and much-anticipated list of favorite things.
Among the plenty of cozy finds (including some of the very best women's Christmas pajamas), she couldn't help but profess her love for a trio of plush lounge socks by Cozy Earth.
"Your loved one will be thanking you all winter long," writes the superstar talk show host about her pick.
"These cushy knit socks for lounging or every day come in trios of terrific colors and not only make you feel like you're walking on clouds, but also use temperature-regulating technology to keep feet from overheating."
The Plush Lounge Sock, $36 (£27) | Cozy Earth
The three-pack comes in five different color ranges and they're currently on sale.
As any sock-wearer knows, finding a product that will keep you warm without having your feet overheat is a sort of art form, which is why we wholeheartedly trust Oprah’s pick.
Not only are the socks comfy and useful, but they come in packs of three in an array of pretty colors. Our favorites? The midnight sky, almond and créme option or, perhaps, the very festive pine, peppermint and créme trio.
Oprah's list of favorite things, an unofficial signal to the start of the holiday season, celebrates 25 years in 2021. In honor of the anniversary, the media mogul has released the longest list of items yet, this year highlighting women-owned and POC-owned businesses.

"After this past year, I think we all deserve some surprises and delights for the holiday season," Oprah wrote in Oprah Daily. "That’s why we worked hard to find these truly incredible items. Extra important to us this year? Celebrating small businesses, women-owned brands, and items created by people of color. You’re bound to find something for everyone on your list. Just don’t forget to treat yourself!"
This year's selections span ten different categories, from beauty gifts to tech picks, food-related options, books and writing gifts, kitchen presents, choices for children and—our favorite, we admit—cozy finds.
In addition to the highlighted socks, the latter group of presents includes Softies Dream Jersey lounge sets that we wouldn't mind living in all throughout the year ("I love anything that feels like a second skin," says Oprah about the pick); a fancy silk mask and scrunchie set by Branché; a luxe cashmere-blend throw by Lands Downunder and a bundle of bath balms by Musee dedicated to "women of change" (think Frida Kahlo and Ruth Bader Ginsburg).
Juno 51" x 67" Throws, $248 (£183) | Lands Downunder
Woven from pure cashmere and lambswool, these luxurious basket weave throws offers a timeless design, sumptuous softness, and cozy warmth year-round. Made in Italy
Suddenly, we find the need to buy some gifts for ourselves this holiday season as well!
