Meghan Markle has finally given her fans an update on baby Lilibet, as her trip with Prince Harry to New York City continues.

Meghan Markle has at last updated fans on her second baby and first daughter Lilibet. This is the first time since she accidentally treated fans to first look at Lilibet Diana in a surprise 40th birthday video.

Since Lilibet was born in July, 2021 the Duchess and Prince Harry haven't released any images of their daughter nor discussed how she's getting on. However, while walking between their various public engagements on Friday, 24 Sept, 2021 Meghan finally spoke up.

A reporter asked, "Meghan, how's Lilibet?"

Meghan, sticking to her guns regarding their children's privacy simply replied, "She's beautiful."

Although fans might be eager to get a look at the royal tot, especially in the run-up to  Lilibet’s christening which will be a key indicator amidst royal ‘rift’, the couple has remained very private.

Their dedication to keeping their children protected from the press has been reflected by their taking legal action in the past over press intrusion. Including when they took legal action in California back in July 2020 over paparazzi photos of their son Archie.

BBC News reports that legal filing alleged that drones and helicopters were used to get the images.  "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are filing this lawsuit to protect their young son’s right to privacy in their home," read the filing. "Without intrusion by photographers, and to uncover and stop those who seek to profit from these illegal actions."

Meghan and Prince Harry's stay in the Big Apple is going swimmingly and fans were utterly charmed when the Duchess paid adorable tribute to her wedding day during an outing.

The trip was announced only days before they left and is in order to attend Global Citizen Live from Central Park, which is on Saturday, September 25, 2021. The event aims to bring attention to the issue of vaccine equity.
