Here are Hollywood's biggest stars presenting at this year's Oscars

It's our favorite time of the year: award season. The Oscar nominations have been announced, and as our favorite stars prepare their speeches and thank-yous, we've also learned who will be presenting the golden statue to our future Oscar winners.

For movie fans, you don't want to miss this coveted night in the film industry. Everything from the nominated films for best picture to the costumes and music will be recognized. To get excited for the upcoming night, check out the stars (including past winners and current nominees) taking to the stage to present at the Oscars.

1. Angela Bassett

After stunning us with her 1993 performance as Tina Turner in the film What's Love Got to Do with It, this past Oscar nominee is back to present us with an award.

2. Halle Berry

It's no surprise that the Academy pulled out all the stops for this year's awards ceremony. Halle has one of the most historical wins in Oscars history as the first African American woman to win the best actress Oscar for her 2002 role in Monster's Ball.

3. Bong Joon Ho

Last year he came and dominated the Oscars, winning best director, best picture, and best screenplay. In keeping with the historical wins, Bong made history last year when his film Parasite became the first foreign-language film ever to win best picture.

4. Don Cheadle

Our next presenter was a past nominee from his performance in the 2005 film Hotel Rwanda. Today, you may also recognize him from our favorite superhero movies, including Iron Man and the Avengers.

5. Bryan Cranston

Bryan is no stranger to award shows. He's presented, been nominated, and has won awards for various roles over the course of his career, including a Tony award for his 2019 performance in the play Network.

6. Laura Dern

Laura is back for more, after winning a much-deserved Oscar for best supporting actress for her performance in Marriage Story, she's back for more, but this time just as a presenter.

7. Harrison Ford

Harrison has been gracing our screens for decades, and now we'll be able to see him on our TVs again as he returns to present at the Oscars this year.

8. Regina King

Regina is consistently setting the bar in the entertainment industry. Not only did she take an Oscar home for her 2019 role in If Beale Street Could Talk, but she also made her directorial debut for the film One Night in Miami (which is up for multiple Oscar nominations).

9. Marlee Matlin

Back in 1986, Marlee took home an Oscar win for the best actress in her debut film Children of a Lesser God. Now, she's back to help present the awards for a to be known category.

10. Rita Moreno

Of course, Rita stole our hearts in her West Side Story performance, but she's kept quite busy since with her comedic role as Lydia in the Netflix show One Day at a Time.

11. Joaquin Phoenix

After his astounding performance in The Joker, it comes as no surprise that Joaquin is making an appearance at the Oscars to help present an award.

12. Brad Pitt

Heartthrob Brad will also be presenting again at the Oscars (no complaints here), and we can't wait to see his gorgeous smile on our TV screens.

13. Reese Witherspoon

There truly is nothing Reese can't do. From taking over our television screens, to start her own book club, of course, she would find time to also present an Academy Award.

14. Renée Zellweger

Returning to the Oscars is Renée, but after taking home the big win last year for best actress in the film Judy, she'll be taking on the role of presenter this year.

15. Zendaya

Wrapping up our list of presenters is the breakout star Zendaya who started as a Disney star but has proven she's ready for more mature roles (you can see her in HBO's Euphoria and the Netflix film Malcolm & Marie). Now we'll see her present at the upcoming Oscars happening on April 25.
