Focusing on the monster hunter Van Helsing, played by Hugh Jackman as he travels to Transylvania to destroy Dracula. There is an abundance of action sequences throughout and with CGI and creatures galore, it provides some silly Halloween spookiness that is an homage to the monster movies that came before.

Captivating us all with his tale of an undead bride coming back to life and securing a living husband, this has inspired many Halloween costumes ever since.
