Masterchef's Gregg Wallace welcomes baby with wife Anna after years of struggling to conceive
Congratulations go to Masterchef star Gregg Wallace and his wife Anna, who have just welcomed their first child together.
The couple, who have been married for three years, revealed that Anna recently gave birth to a son, who they have called Sid.
But for Gregg, the happy experience was also somewhat of an anxious time, given that the pair had struggled to concieve for years before.

In fact, the 54-year-old chef admitted that he was more nervous for the birth of his third child than he was for his first two. Gregg has two other children, Tom and Libby, from his second marriage.
He confessed to OK magazine, "I was far more scared this time than when I had Tom and Libby,
"I don’t know if it’s because it took us so long to conceive or perhaps it’s because I’m older, but I was scared for their health. I could have hugged the doctors."

The popular TV chef also reflected on the birth experience, revealing that it was 'beautiful' to watch.
"I went down the business end and watched the doctors pull Sid out," Gregg said. "I saw him take his first breath, it was just beautiful. I looked at him and thought he was perfect."

Gregg's wife Anna - whom he met on Twitter - actually fell pregnant naturally after years of struggling.
After announcing that they were expecting, Gregg explained, "We were due to start IVF but then it happened naturally after two years of trying.
"The doctor told us it was a miracle Anna was pregnant."
The Masterchef star also spoke about having a baby in his 50s (which some say is the best age to have a baby), admitting that, of course, he'll be in his 70s when Sid is in his 20s.
Because of his age, Gregg and Anna agreed they'd have only one child, with help brought in from family too.
He said, "So, we agreed; one child and she'd have some help here at home – so her mum and dad have moved down from Coventry and they share this house."
