Supermodel Cindy Crawford has given fans some much needed self-care inspiration with a home spa day Instagram post.

Sharing the glamorous looking photos, Cindy has no doubt given plenty of fans the idea to do similar as we head into the Easter weekend.

Sharing her moment of serenity and calm with her 6.2 million followers, Cindy uploaded a photo lounging around in a white robe, looking outwards as the sun casts a glow on her, highlighting that she has applied a face mask.

Cindy’s caption perfectly captures the moment (and the mood), writing, “Do not disturb.”

Many fans took this moment of self-care to point out the nostalgia in Cindy’s post, saying that it was giving them major flashbacks to George Michael’s Freedom music video, where Cindy famously modelled in a bathtub.

One wrote, “Part 2 George Michael Freedom? Happy Easter darling!” while another agreed, writing “This reminds me of the George Michael video!” followed by the fire emojis.

One fan added, “You haven’t changed since the 90s! Freedom part 2!”

Her apparent agelessness could be because Cindy is a big believer in self-care and maintenance, previously having shared her thoughts on the importance of maintaining a routine for your skin.

When talking to Byrdie in 2020, Cindy stated, “I have learned that skincare is like working out. You work out once—you don't really see a big difference. But if you work out regularly for years, you do. I think skincare is the same way. So I've made taking care of my skin part of my routine.”

She also added that it’s “never too early, and never too late, to start taking care of your skin.”

As the supermodel relaxed in her home spa, she also tagged the products she was using. A selfless move from the icon, allowing everyone to try and recreate her radiant complexion (not to mention a shrewd business move as it is her own luxury skincare line).

Tagging Meaningful Beauty in her post, Cindy has shared the secret to her healthy looking skin and hair.

Cindy launched the brand back in 2014 in collaboration with cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh. The line has since expanded to include numerous anti-aging products.

Meaningful Beauty, per their website, offers products for both the skin and hair powered by exclusive Melon Leaf Stem Cell technology. This technology, which the brand claims won’t be found anywhere else, may have numerous benefits including, smoother skin and hair, long-lasting hydration, natural production of collagen and hyaluronic acid, and protection from environmental aggressors.

Her many followers were also quick to take Cindy’s cue, rushing to the comments to share how they were inspired to do the same.

One wrote, “A perfect moment! Off to do the same” while another one-upped Cindy herself by writing, “About to do the same myself, with beer!”

If you were looking for Easter holiday inspiration, maybe take a leaf out of Cindy's book and treat yourself to a home facial
