Amazon Explore is gifting Prime users a free vacation right from home—here’s how to book yours
A global experience, straight to you, courtesy of Amazon Explore
As we inch closer towards normalcy, some of us have begun booking that long-awaited getaway. But if you're still hesitant to hop aboard a flight in the near future, Amazon Explore offers an option to jet set right from your living room. Even better? There's a way to access these international experiences at no cost!
In late 2020, Amazon Explore launched with an effort to bring a little piece of the globe directly to people at home, wherever that might be. The offerings go beyond what you’d expect from a remote experience—visitors can travel all over the world, join an experienced host for a live stream, and even shop local stores in the area in which they are (remotely) traveling. Plus, everything is private, so no need to worry about virtual tourists getting in the way.
So for those who are looking to dip their toes into the travel waters once more but would like to start out slowly, Amazon Explore is an excellent place to begin. You have the option to meet sloths in Costa Rica at the Toucan Rescue Ranch, learn how to make fresh pasta with the Toscana Mia Sisters in Italy, take a tour of Kyoto and much more. Cooking classes, gallery tours, magic shows—they're all up for grabs!
