Three places I really love to shop

1. The Skincare I really love

I’ve gotten better about my skincare routine as I’ve gotten older. Having to wear a lot of makeup for work, I believe in never compromising on my routine and I always begin with a thorough double-cleanse with an oil cleanser and flannel. I then follow with a few additional steps so that my skin feels nourished and hydrated.

My go-to products are Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Hydrating face mist, which I use as a toner, AlumierMD Ultimate Boost serum, and Omorovicza Day Cream & Miracle oil—which I incorporate specifically at night.

I also love Sisley’s Black Rose Face Mask and often wear it throughout the day if I’m not going out. Generally taking a layered approach to my skincare routine feels really effective, and when I’m not working I try to let my skin breathe as much as possible. I believe that healthy skin essentially starts from the inside out, and it’s about getting the basics right; gentle exercise, a good night's sleep, drinking lots of water and eating a balanced diet. I also never forget to take my NobleBlu Beauty supplement, packed full of vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts such as Vitamin A and Hyaluronic Acid, which I take with my breakfast.

2. The kitchenware I really love

This must be my Jason Vale Juicer. It’s the ultimate gadget—and believe me when I say that I’ve tried many juicers! Whether I’m making a green, vegetable, or exotic fruit juice for myself or a fresh orange juice for the kids, this one always delivers.

I was also gifted an incredible coffee machine by my friend who owns Grind a few years ago. Having never been a coffee fan, I’m now a total convert—it’s my “comfort in a cup”. And I always have lots of candles burning in and around the kitchen space, as I like the energy to feel really calm and zen. Everything that I display in my kitchen must make me feel good, as it’s where I spend so much time.

3. What accessory I really love

My favorite shoes are a pair of nude, Gianvito Rossi heels which are super classic and flattering, add inches to my legs, and look great with every outfit. I’ve had them for years, and they go with EVERY outfit.

My new favorite designer bag is from Louis Vuitton: it’s so versatile, that I can wear it as both a messenger bag and a clutch. I don’t often buy handbags, but this feels like a keeper—it’s also a real multi-tasker.

I’m really into personalized jewelry and treasure my Monica Vinader bracelets from my husband and Amy Russell Taylor's jewelry creates the most unique pieces. She made me the most incredible gold necklace.

6. What haircare item I really love

I love the way Tresemme Keratin Smooth masque makes my hair feel. It really packs a punch and helps to counter the effects of heat styling, especially after a grueling filming schedule. I would highly recommend it as a treatment to anyone looking for extra hydration. I also swear by the Keratin Shine Oil.

I’m obsessed with Zara, so it has to be a classic pair of black trousers which go with everything. They’re wardrobe staples that look tailored and expensive.

9. What app I really love

In our house it has to be Spotify: music is our everything and both my husband and I share the app so it’s often a battle of who has the best playlist. Basically, we both think we are DJs!

10. What I really love to drink at parties

It’s currently a pink gin cocktail or classic G&T but I tend to change this up depending on the season or mood I’m in. At dinner parties, it has to be a nice glass of red wine.

11. What I really love to buy myself as a treat

My biggest indulgence for myself is probably when I treat myself to a massage or facial. It’s not something I do that often, so feels extra special when I do take that time out for myself.

12. What I really love to update my home decor with

Changing cushions and throws is a non negotiable in our home. I get told off for doing this so often but I love how it injects new life and energy into a personal space.

In my book, you can also never have enough candles around the home. They’re so atmospheric.

13. What books I really love reading

Reading is a bit of a sore subject for me at the moment, simply due to not having enough time. I’m promising myself that on our next family holiday I get to read all the autobiographies that I’ve been accumulating. I’m particularly looking forward to reading Michelle Obama’s and Will Smith’s.

Something I do enjoy regularly however, is podcasts. Switching off can be a struggle and I find Deepak Chopra’s voice so soothing and listening to his meditations before I go to sleep. They really help to make me feel more present and quieten my chattering mind. Another podcast I can’t live without is A New Earth from Eckhart Tolle and Oprah Winfrey.
