Lisa Riley shares her 'on the run' meal - and it's so affordable

Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley shocked fans with her huge weight loss, dropping from a size 26 to a size 14.
She’s been sharing a whole host of tips on her Instagram page recently, including this filling, low calorie meal courtesy of M&S. She revealed this to be her ‘on the run’ meal, proving that fast doesn’t equal unhealthy.
The 42-year-old shared the meal to her Instagram, with the caption: ‘EVERYONE is always asking me for a meal option when they are “on the run” now trust me, in my line of work this happens a lot.
'But rather than grabbing a sandwich and crisps which would be REALLY bad for you, then THIS would be my go to meal, low in calories, SUPER healthy and fills you up!!!
It’s @marksandspencer Apple, Celery & Walnut Small Salad Box and throw inside @marksandspencer Sweet & Smoky King Prawns. DELICIOUS!!! Mix it both together and ENJOY the flavours👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💛💛💛.’
This simple combo looks super delicious, and seems to have inspired many of her followers too.
One said: ‘Ooo that does look waaay better than a butty and crisps 😍 Keep up the inspirational posts, Lisa. You are doing a fantastic job xxx😘😘’

Another praised the simplicity of the dish, ‘that looks divine! I’m buying some of that ...on the run or not! 😋’
Lisa’s speedy meal clocks in at 350 calories, making it a very healthy option for those wanting to cut down.
Her Instagram is an excellent source of weight-loss inspiration, and her book Lisa Riley’s Honesty Diet is considered a super-cheap, no nonsense way to lose weight.
Not only has this diet plan helped Lisa physically - it’s clearly had such an impact on her overall wellbeing. She shared her 10 year challenge at the beginning of the year, and the change was staggering.
‘Well YES YES YES I am super proud of my #10yearchallenge I have changed my life 100% healthy food, exercise a lot, stopped smoking, zero booze for nearly four years. But mainly head and heart are in sync, which equals HAPPINESS 💛💛💛#feelfantastic #beyourself #smile #10yearchallenge #love #positivevibes’
