While most of us are slobbing our way through lockdown (in as chic a way as possible), in our cosy loungewear and often, pyjamas, the royal family appear to be as preened and polished as ever in self-isolation, in their finest clothing, with hair and make-up in perfect check.
And one royal particularly putting us to shame is Sophie, the Countess of Wessex.
Sophie has been getting well and truly stuck in to royal work even during lockdown, taking part in numerous Zoom video calls (find out how to use the service tomark special occasions online when you can't be together in person here)and volunteeringfor brilliant causeswho need help during the COVID-19 crisis. If you fancy following her lead, find out how you can help the elderly and vulnerable here, during the coronavirus outbreak.
And while her work with those most vulnerable is obviously the most important thing about Sophie's lockdown experience, we've also been loving her sartorial choices for her time at home.
Just like the Duchess of Cambridge, the Countess has been rocking the polished yet laid-back look, with simple hair and make-up looks matched with elegant dresses.
We've always loved Sophie Wessex's style, but her fashion choices during lockdown have been impeccable. So, we're taking a deep dive into her best looks so far, and how we can emulate them ourselves online, on aslightly more modest budget...

The Sophie Wessex outfits we've loved during lockdown
The green floral dress for the big VE Day call
Sophie spoke with a Second World War veteran on VE Day last weekend - Louis Goodwin, who was in the RAF at the time.
For the call, which she took from her Surrey home of Bagshot Park, the Countess of Wessex wore a green floral dress which she's favoured numerous times before, striking the perfect lockdown balance between relaxed and professional. Play the video below to get a better look at the outfit...
The Countess wore the dress most recently on an official visit to Lebanon. And while the original from Suzannah is a spenny £895, we've found a brilliant dupe on Wallis for just £37.50

The red blazer for one of her first video calls during lockdown
Sophie spoke to a range of the organisations she works with to see how communities are managing during the coronavirus back in April. For the call, she wore a simple but very chic red blazer, paired with a simple black t-shirt underneath.
It's not clear where Sophie's original is from, but John Lewis are selling an almost exact match - this stunning ruby red Hobbs tailored blazer, on sale for £119.

The khaki dress for her Air Ambulance call
To speak to the Thames Valley Air Ambulance, of which she is patron, at the end of April, Sophie donned a unique but stunning khaki army dress. One of our favourite Sophie Wessex outfits so far!
Conducting the call from the beautiful surrounds of her kitchen, she spoke with four members of the air ambulance about dealing with trauma incidents during COVID-19.
And while we're not sure if it's an exact match, this stylish French Connection dress at John Lewis & Partners is pretty close to being a dead-ringer for Sophie's video call outfit!
Reduced in the sale from £120 to £60, its comfy and cosy for a day at home, as well as being contemporary enough for a day at the park during lockdown.

The dark green dress for joint royal family call on International Nurses Day
On International Nurses Day on Monday, Sophie joined forces with the Duchess of Cambridge to call nurses around the world and thank them for all they do, now, during the pandemic and beyond.
For the joint Zoom call, the Countess opted for an elegant dark green dress. It's not been possible for w&h to work out where Sophie's outfit is from, given the limited view on the call, but we've come across a dress that indeed looks very similar.
This simple, straight detail dress from Whistles doesn't look too far from Sophie's - and that's not all it's got going for it. Coming in a relaxed fit, it's ideal if you want to feel a little more put together for working from home, whilst remaining comfortable.
BUY HERE: Whistles Enora dress at John Lewis & Partners, £74.25
The laid-back top and trousers Sophie Wessex wore for volunteering
The Countess of Wessex has certainly been doing her bit during the lockdown. She's not only been in regular contact with her patronages, but has also been out volunteering for the NHS and other in-need charities, such as food banks.
On a visit to help prepare food and care packages for vulnerable members of the community, Sophie wore a relaxed outfit of a dark navy blouse paired with some fun black and white harem trousers. It hasn't been confirmed where her items are from, but this Mint Velvet top, and these Marks and Spencer trousers, are great replicas.
