We already knew that Jennifer Lopez’s fashion game was strong—but the superstar artist just proved to us that paying attention to our outerwear choices is just as important as what goes on under the coat.

Since Jennifer Lopez shared her surprisingly simple skincare routine, all eyes have been on the star who makes looking incredible seem easy.

The star was spotted around New York on Friday wearing a stunningly sophisticated emerald green wrap coat from Del Core's pre-fall 2022 collection. Under the statement piece, Jennifer donned a floral maxi dress from the same collection, featuring green, yellow, and white tones.

She also wore a pair of white pumps with gold details by Tom Ford, sunglasses by Bulgari, a green crocodile-embossed leather handbag by Aspinal of London, and a range of Pasquale Bruni jewelry.

Jennifer clearly loves a statement coat. Earlier this week, while heading to an appearance on TODAY, she wore a velvet trench coat from Fendi. She completed that look with a matching purse and a silk dress in the exact same pattern by the brand as well.

Before that, she shared a photo of herself posing in Sunset Plaza while wearing a red, black, and camel plaid blazer coat and skirt while standing in front of a billboard for Marry Me, her latest project.

With the double layered front and side tie-waist design, this coat can easily create a sophisticated and elegant look.

The actor, singer and dancer was in town to promote the rom-com, which also stars Owen Wilson. The film is based on a comic of the same name that tells the kind of story that romantic comedies are made of.

In the film, Jennifer plays Latin pop star Kat Valdez, who decides to marry a stranger, Charlie Gilbert (Owen), after spotting him (mistakenly!) hold a 'Marry me' sign during one of her concerts.

We'd be remiss not to mention a new spread in the New York Times, where Jennifer is wearing a neon pink H&M skirt with a matching crop top and—wait for it—a giant puffer coat.

In the interview accompanying the fashion spread, the star discusses the similarities between her own life and the character she plays in Marry Me. "You really just want to sing and dance and act," Jennifer says.

"This whole other thing comes along with it that you have to learn how to navigate — having that public life, this artistic life and then your private life. What you want is just a regular life, like anybody else."
