These Duchess of Cambridge inspired wedges from M&S cost less than £25
The perfect summer shoe 😍
It’s no secret that the Duchess of Cambridge is partial to a pair of wedges.
The future Queen consort has been spotted on numerous occasions sporting a pair of the easy-to-wear summer shoes.
The royal mum-of-three wore a gorgeous pair when she attended the RHS Back to Nature festival alongside Mary Berry, looking elegant in the £45 footwear from high street favourite, Monsoon.
Duchess Catherine is also a fan of a slightly pricier wedge option. She wore a pair of the Castañer Carina espadrille wedges on multiple different dates last year, proving they’re a wardrobe favourite of hers.
Last summer she stunned in a green printed Sandro dress and a pair of Accessorize earrings at the event, keeping it summery and casual with her beige canvas wedges complete with a tie up detail.
Duchess Meghan Markle was spotted wearing a simple black pair of wedges by the same brand back in 2018 too.
The former Suits actress stepped out in the royal approved shoes when she and Prince Harry attended a beach wedding on Bondi Beach in Australia, teaming them with a flowing bold striped maxi dress.

Marks & Spencer's Wide Fit Wedge Heel Espadrilles
Marks & Spencer's Wide Fit Wedge Heel Espadrilles have become so popular than many customers confess to buying all three colours - black, denim and a neutral rose shade.
The high street store’s affordable buy feature a classic wedge heel, a breathable canvas toe and an ankle strap for ultimate comfort.
And judging by the reviews, they are well worth the investment. One shopper wrote, 'Loved them so much I got every colour! These shoes not only look lovely but have plenty of room to wiggle my toes! I originally purchased the metallic colour to wear in the evenings on a cruise, but have now bought the red, black and navy pairs as well. The fit is consistent and they look equally as good with jeans as they do a summer dress. The price is also extremely reasonable.'
Another also commented, 'These are amazing! So comfortable you barely know you have them on! Super comfortable, even on red hot days. Felt like I was wearing slippers all day! So impressed, I have bought them in every colour and also spare pairs in the colours I will wear the most, in case I wear them out.'

About our deals
The Wedge Heel Almond Toe Espadrilles are also a popular option when it comes to espadrilles. They come in oatmeal, black and navy and retail at just £22.50 a pair – so we reckon it’s justifiable to treat yourself to more than one.
Naturally, the spring to summer essentials have received plenty of praise from satisfied shoppers online.
‘These espadrilles are a perfect height and look very stylish in their simplicity. The neutral colour will go with everything. They look good with dresses, skirts, skinny jeans etc so are very versatile. Excellent price too having looked around at similar sandals. Very pleased with them,’ one swooning customer reviewed.
‘I don’t wear heels much anymore and was unsure about the height of the wedge, however these are perfectly comfortable to walk in for me. I love them so much I bought a pair in navy and in black. I am now looking forward to the better weather so that I can wear these,’ a second agreed.
‘Comfortable, wear well, classic style,’ one more simply summed up.
