Duchess Catherine's beloved dress brand The Vampire's Wife is launching an affordable collaboration with H&M
With prices staring at just £9.99, this might be H&M's best designer collaboration yet.
From the best beauty advent calendars to the Liberty autumn sale event, this season is bringing us some amazing savings on luxury beauty and fashion. And it's about to get even better, because The Vampire's Wife – the chic dress brand beloved of everyone from the Duchess of Cambridge to Princess Beatrice – has announced an affordable collaboration with H&M.
The Vampire's Wife x H&M – available 22nd October, Hm.com
Launching 22nd October, the collaboration will see The Vampire's Wife's famous old-world elegance hit the high street – and with prices starting at just £9.99 for accessories and £19.99 for dresses, this one's sure to sell out within days. (If not hours.) Launched by former model Susie Cave – wife of musician Nick Cave – in 2014, the gothic glam dress brand is a mainstay of the red carpet. The Vampire's Wife dresses are usually priced around the £575 mark for mini dresses, rising to upwards of £2,000 for full-length gowns. So this affordable collaboration with H&M is not to be missed. Mark your calendars...
Offering the brand's signature embellished sleeves and romantic, gothic silhouettes at an accessible price point, the collection is the latest in H&M's history of collaborations with luxury designer labels. And just like the others, this one is set to sell out as soon as it hits the shelves.
Duchess Catherine sent the fashion industry into a tailspin when she was spotted wearing the cult brand's emerald metallic silk Falconetti dress, costing £1,595, on a trip to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin back in March. (Never before has drinking a pint looked so elegant.) Fans of Catherine's style can now get the look for a fraction of the price – with dresses in the H&M x Vampire's Wife collection ranging from £19.99 to just £49.99.
Though we're certain that it will all sell out within days, the pieces that are sure to be snapped up quickest include the lace mystique mini dress, the luxe velvety mini dress with a statement pussy-bow, and the statement silvery lace cape.

"H&M took great pains to find the very essence of what The Vampire’s Wife is about, and then realised my dreams to my exact specifications," founder Susie Cave told British Vogue ahead of the launch.
"Such grand names have gone before me! Karl Lagerfeld and Versace… but really it was the idea that my dresses could be available to everyone that was so very exciting."
Shop the collection in store and online here from 22nd October.
We can hardly wait for this one!
