This iconic dress has been voted the best Oscars look of all time
Love love love!
There’s no doubt that anyone walking the Academy Awards red carpet is going to look a million dollars.
Not only do they have the most high end dresses and expensive jewellery to choose from, but given that it is pretty much the biggest awards ceremony in the world, we're sure that all the A-listers have even the best shapewear and best bras on offer to keep them looking absolutely seamless.
And while there have been numerous eye-catching looks over the 92 ceremonies that have taken place so far, a survey by online marketplace OnBuy.com, has revealed the public’s top three Oscar looks of all time.
And there seems to be a bit of a trend in the public's favourite Oscar dresses, with all of them following a similar colour scheme. Creamy-nude numbers seem to be popular with the voters in this one - and we can see why. These gorgeous frocks look absolutely beautiful on each star that walked the red carpet in them.
Keep reading to see which looks took the top three spots...

The Marilyn Monroe-esque outfit left the two-time Oscar winner looking every inch a star she is.
Angelina wore the elegant plunge neck piece with a sparkling diamond necklace and styled her hair in a cascading, sweptback style, with the backless dress baring her delicately tattooed skin.
Gaining 16% of the poll’s votes, it’s easy to see why this one won the hearts of Oscar fashion lovers.
2. Kate Hudson, 2003
Following close behind with 14% of the vote is Kate Hudson’s 2003 Oscars look.
The Bride Wars star glistened her way down the red carpet in a glorious champagne Versace gown.
Keeping the look simple, Kate wore the dazzling Princess style dress with a pair of drop diamond earrings, a small gold clutch bag and some statement wrist jewellery. Tying her hair up in a sleek yet voluminous up do, Kate gave off some seriously royal energy.
3. Keira Knightley, 2015
Landing third place is then-pregnant Keira Knightley and her 2015 Valentino gown. The classy British actress, famed for her elegance and style, nailed pregnancy chic with the flowing embroidered ensemble.
The nude and floral dress, emblazoned with Italian words and detailed flowers, along with her simple headband and make-up look, left the glowing mum-to-be channelling garden pixie vibes.
All these three are so gorgeous that it really is difficult to pick our favourite...
