Nicole Kidman only uses these two skincare products to get her glow on
Nicole Kidman's skincare regime is surprisingly pared back
Contrary to popular belief, celebrities don't always have an elaborate or expensive beauty regimen. Nicole Kidman's skincare regime is testament to that. In fact, she says she devotes just five minutes to her skincare every morning and night.
"I've got to put my kids to bed and spend time with my husband [Keith Urban]. I'm not going to sit there for an hour pampering myself," she reveals in InStyle's May issue.
So what can she possibly cram into just five minutes we hear you ask? Sera Labs' Seratopical CBD Radiant Glow Facial Oil (one of the best beauty CBD products) and sunscreen it seems.
The star is notoriously fastidious about protecting her fair skin from the sun and is a fan of the Cancer Council Sunscreen. Nicole has also admitted to being obsessed with slathering on an SPF100+.
"I’m shooting outdoors a lot, so the most important thing is the sunscreen — I use Neutrogena SPF 100+," the Big Little Lies actress told Allure magazine in a 2019 interview.
And she's religious about reapplying.
"I reapply every 90 minutes, every single day,” she said.

Nicole initially became a fan of CBD to soothe inflammation in her joints. "I use my body a lot and am on my feet working 14-hour days, so [CBD] really helps with my joints when it comes to easing inflammation," Kidman remarked in the Instyle interview.
She was so impressed with the Sera Labs' Seratopical CBD line that she became its ambassador. Nicole isn't the only celebrity to be impressed by the therapeutic power of CBD. Olivia Wilde and Emma Roberts are also reportedly fans.
Over the past couple of years, the beauty industry has seen a boom in CBD skincare products. CBD oil or cannabidiol is a compound that's pulled from the stalk of the cannabis plant. To be clear, cannabidiol does not contain any dangerous or hallucinogenic properties.
In fact, CBD is naturally antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial, making it an excellent choice for skincare products designed to reduce breakouts or irritation in sensitive skin types or to mellow the side effects of stress on otherwise balanced skin. It can also help to ease sore muscles when used as a lotion while, taken as a tincture, it can help alleviate anxiety.
