Zara sells a perfume that is the perfect dupe of Kate Middleton’s favorite bottle of Jo Malone perfume. Why spend £100 when you can spend £25?

Jo Malone is known for creating some of the best perfumes for women, with luxury scents that are perfect as both personal scents and some of the best scented candles you’ll ever have the good fortune to sniff. The Duchess of Cambridge is a known fan of the brand and it is thought that her favorite go-to perfume is one of Jo Malone’s best-sellers.

In the past, people who have met the Duchess of Cambridge in person have commented on her fantastic smell. The founder of What Kate Wore, Susan Kelley, previously said, "I’ve seen people on social media who have bumped into Kate when she’s out shopping and have said she smells amazing, like raspberry and fruit—very clean, crisp smells."

Susan went on to say that Kate Middleton’s fragrance of choice is Jo Malone’s Orange Blossom cologne, which we think is one of the nicest floral fragrances around. Jo Malone describes this scent as “a shimmering garden oasis” The perfume description reads, “Clementine flower sparkles over a heart of orange blossom and water lily, with warm undertones of orris and balsamic vetiver.”

In fact, Catherine loves Jo Malone so much that it's thought she even scented Westminster Abbey with their perfumes for her wedding day—find out more about their big day by catching up on the Kate and William anniversary documentary.

Reportedly favoured by Kate Middleton this sweet smelling scent retails at £100 for 100ml or a smaller bottle of 30ml is available for £30.

The only issue with this perfume is the price. For £1 per millimetre, Jo Malone fragrances are certainly a luxury item. However, Zara may just have the solution as they've launched an amazing dupe for a fraction of the price.

Zara's beauty range sells a fragrance named 'Fleur d'Oranger'—and just like our favourite Chanel No 5 dupe, it smells exactly like one the best designer perfumes on the market.

With a scent super similar to the Jo Malone Orange Blossom, the product description for the scent reads, "The fragrance reveals notes of orange flower, neroli, and ylang-ylang." It also includes a quote from Jo Malone, which reads, "Royal and regal moments should always be celebrated with orange flowers."

Zara sell this perfume for £25.99 for 90ml. The fragrance is also available in a 40ml bottle for £15.99 and a small pocket-sized roll-on 10ml bottle for £5.99.

Fleur d'Oranger is part of the emotions collection by Zara X Jo Malone, the first collaboration between the two brands. The Zara Jo Malone collaboration has since launched gift sets and scented candles for less than £20 that also feature the signature scents. This explains why the Zara fragrance is so similar to the original Jo Malone Orange Blossom perfume, but with a much more affordable price tag!

Jo Malone said about the collection, “I am delighted to join Zara on this amazing adventure of creativity and collaboration. Our first collection is drawn on the global heritage of both brands, Zara and Jo Loves; using ingredients I have loved for many years. Every fragrance has been crafted with personality and a voice to tell its story in a unique fashion.”

We love the range and we love being able to smell like royalty—or at least royalty on a budget!
