This sun cream was voted the best in the world five years in a row
And the best bit? You'll find the dermatologist-approved brand in most drugstores...
Time and time again, this drugstore sun cream has been voted the best formula out there.
La Roche-Posay's Anthelios Sunscreen milk, which has an SPF of 60, was voted number one by the expert judging panel five years in a row – pipping 80 other sun creams to the post with the perfect score of 100/100.
Non-greasy and easily absorbed into the skin, it's a chemical sunscreen that offers broad spectrum protection, meaning it shields your skin from both UVA and UVB rays.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios Melt-In Sunscreen Milk, $35.99, Amazon
As it's important to wear your best SPF all year round – not just in summer – there's never a bad time to replenish your sunscreen stocks. Skincare enthusiasts (myself included) are big fans of the French pharmacy brand because it's nice and affordable, as well as efficacious.
According to the Daily Mail, the Melt-In Sunscreen Milk was the only lotion formula to achieve a perfect score in last year's report. High praise indeed!
Although this particular sun cream is only widely available in the US and France, the dermatologist-approved brand is sold all over the world, and the entire Anthelios suncare range is brilliant.
Haven't tried La Roche-Posay yet? What are you waiting for!
