A total bargain foundation worn by the likes of Adele and Emily Blunt is now available to get your hands on in Superdrug.
The seriously affordable make-up base is often included in round-ups of the best foundation and is said to have been worn by multiple mega stars including Reese Witherspoon, Chrissy Teigen, Emily Blunt and even Adele. EX1’s Invisiwear foundation graced the face of the British singing sensation at the BRITs and the Kardashian have been known to wear it too.
Now, you can try the best drugstore foundation out for yourself for a price tag of just £12.50 thanks to Superdrug’s mission to only stock foundations that are skin inclusive and offer a range of colour shades to suit varying shades.
EX1’s founder, biochemist Farah Naz, created the product for a want of a foundation formula that would work on people with olive skin tones, who often find make up shades either too pink or orange for their complexions.
Ever since it launched in 2013, Invisiwear has been in a growing number of celeb make up collections.
Farah explained: "My goal has always been to cater to the huge number of underserved women, who despite shade extensions, are still unable to find a foundation match.
"I curated my own range of products by moving away from the typical orange and pink pigments found in foundation and created a unique blend of yellow and gold tones designed to be the most skin-like pigments on the market’.

On Superdrug’s website, EX1 is said to be created "using revolutionary pigments that blend perfectly into skin".
The description continues: "Get your perfect shade match, from very pale to deep tan. EX1 Cosmetics is created in the very same labs that make the world's best-selling designer foundations but with the a-list price tag. Affordable without compromising quality."
The make up bag essential has also raked in glimmering five star reviews on the site, with one satisfied customer writing: "This is one of the most natural looking skin foundations I have used. It gives you the perfect medium coverage and leaves the most gorgeous dewy glow, which looks so skin like! The shade range is amazing and 1.0 is the perfect match for my fair/neutral tone."
While one more swooned: "I’ve been using this as my day to day foundation for the last couple of weeks and the coverage is amazing! I love how you can build it up too but with it still looking quite natural. I have combination skin and the foundation isn’t too matte not too dewy looking which means it balances my skin out perfectly!"
And a third raved that the product is one of the best lightweight foundations they've tried: "I’ve worked in beauty for a few years and having tried almost every foundation on the market, I had a couple of favourites. One because of its coverage and long-lasting effect and the other one because of its glow and dewy finish. Never have I thought that I’d find a foundation that combines the two and matches my skin so perfectly, and most importantly feels so light on the skin. I’ve been using it every day since I got it and already received so many complements and questions about it. If you’re thinking of trying it, you definitely should!!"
